Great. House

The house was truly stunning. Tall ceilings, bright, built in speakers in the living room that were easy to connect via Bluetooth. There was plenty of space for our two families in very comfortable main living/dining area. The back deck is massive, the grill is functional, and the furniture provides plenty of seating and is clean. The kitchen is impeccably stocked! Any appliance you could possibly want/need. Plenty of flatware/servingware. There are four big bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms that are very nice. Kids bedroom has two twin beds. The two other bedrooms, while technically do not have en suite, have bathroom directly adjacent that is easily accessible. My only complaint about the bedrooms is that the beds are quite small. I believe they are listed as queen but feel more like a full they are not the least comfortable Airbnb beds I have ever slept on, but certainly not the most. By our third night we were all excited to go home and sleep in our own beds.

What a fantastic home for a family gathering and a special celebration! Lots of space and sleeping options. Well equipped kitchen and cozy sitting areas. Best of all for us (and surprisingly difficult to find) was a large dining table that could accommodate the whole family! There was even a cake platter! We’ll definitely be back.

A wonderful stay in Suncadia! The location is great, offering easy walking access to the Village Pavilion, The Social, the park, and the Prospector golf course. Santo was an amazing host who provided clear and organized instructions to the house. He also was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Definitely recommend!
