Social Haus is a refined mountain retreat in the heart of Suncadia’s Legacy
neighborhood—close to the Lodge, Suncadia Social, Dawson Park, and the
Prospector and Rope Rider golf courses. Set above Legacy Swing Park, the home
offers a peaceful perch with filtered views through the evergreens and crisp
mountain air.

Inside, 14-foot ceilings and large windows fill the space with natural light. The
open kitchen features a Bertazzoni range, Keurig, two toaster ovens, and
everything you need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to holiday feasts.
Designed for gathering, the dining area for ten flows effortlessly into the spacious
great room, where comfortable seating, a 70” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace create
a welcoming spot to share stories after a day of outdoor adventure. Bi-fold doors
extend the living area to the deck, where guests gather for outdoor dining, sunset
drinks, and fireside chats with views of the pines and Legacy Swing Park below.

The main level includes two ensuite bedrooms, each offering comfort and
privacy. The primary suite features a sliding glass door that opens to the deck—
perfect for morning coffee or watching the stars appear at day’s end. The second
ensuite works well for another couple, grandparents, or guests who appreciate
their own bath.

On the lower level, guests can unwind together in a relaxed family room with a
60” Smart TV and wet bar, ideal for game days, movie marathons, or late-night
conversations. Double doors lead out to a covered patio and private hot tub,
offering the perfect place to unwind and recharge after exploring the trails,
playing at Dawson Park, or golfing nearby.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms—three queen beds, two twin beds and a sofa bed—
Social Haus comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Its layout perfectly balances
open social spaces and quiet retreats, making it an inviting getaway for families
and friends looking to connect, relax, and enjoy the easy pace of mountain living.

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests
will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street
parking is permitted.

FEE DISCLOSURE
We understand that accidents can happen. To give you peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options to help protect both you and the home:

For a small, one-time fee of $64, our Damage Waiver covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear during your stay.

With the Damage Waiver, you can relax and enjoy your stay without added stress.
⚠️ The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Please report any damages before checkout.
⚠️ While the waiver helps protect you from unexpected accidents, it doesn’t cover theft, intentional damage, or damage from misuse/abusing the space or ignoring house rules—such as smoking indoors, throwing a party, damage caused by a pet or deliberately breaking items.

2️⃣ Safety Deposit
Alternatively, you can choose a refundable Safety Deposit to cover any potential damages during your stay.

Blue Sky Retreats reserves the right to approve each pet request and charge an additional fee of up to $250. This fee is fully disclosed in advance and also processed through "Enso Connect".

RESTRICTIONS INCLUDE:

• Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
• Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS PROVIDED

• We provide a starter supply of household essentials to get you comfortably settled in. This includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods or sheets, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
• You’ll also find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, creamer, hot chocolate, and K-cups. These are provided in amounts intended to last about two to three days, depending on usage; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.
• For linens, we provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each guest, along with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and/or blankets for each bed. For longer stays or heavier use, guests can refresh everything using the in-home washer and dryer. Please avoid overfilling the washing machine so the spin cycle works properly, and the drum is not damaged.

GOOD NEIGHBOR PROTECTION PROGRAM
This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor Protection Program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

We respect your privacy, and we’re always available if you need us! Feel free to
reach out anytime with questions or if you’d like recommendations—we’re happy
to help. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-Star experience. Guests will be
provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish
soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run
to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these
items with you.
