4BR Forest View, Game Room, Hot Tub, Firepit, BBQ

Starlit Pines offers refined mountain comfort along the forest’s edge in Suncadia Resort. This 4BR home combines contemporary design and rustic warmth, surrounded by peaceful evergreens and inviting outdoor living. Vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows frame forest views, while a patio with firepit, dining area, and private hot tub invites long starry night conversations. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, cozy great room w/ fireplace, comfy king beds and game room.

The Space
Starlit Pines balances modern mountain luxury with classic cabin charm, offering wooded views and a sense of serenity that makes time slow down. Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, every corner feels both inviting and functional — from the vaulted great room to the cozy gaming lounge.
At the heart of the home, the open great room and dining area flow into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing everything from pancakes after early morning outdoor adventures to holiday feasts. Floor to ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and frame the treed greenbelt behind the home, giving you privacy and calm in every season. Gather around the fireplace for movie nights, board games, or quiet mornings with coffee and birdsong in the background.

The game room is pure fun — with ping pong, pop a shot basketball, and arcade style video games ready for friendly competition. It’s the perfect retreat spot for kids and adults alike.
Outside, extend your day under the stars on the large patio with dining area, BBQ grill, and firepit — an ideal setting for s’mores or evening drinks. Slip into the private hot tub surrounded by quiet forest and endless sky. Deer and wild turkeys often wander by, with elk herds frequenting the nearby meadow just beyond the trees.

Nestled near the Nelson Farm area, you’re minutes from trails, seasonal events, and Suncadia’s signature amenities. Whether you’re here to explore the outdoors, play together, or unwind completely, Whispering Pines Retreat delivers the perfect blend of comfort, connection, and natural beauty.
