Crafted for gathering, this 5-bedroom, 4-bath custom lodge blends warm mountain character with contemporary comfort. The main floor centers around a bright, open living area where the great room, dining space, and gourmet kitchen flow seamlessly together. Gather around the vaulted stone fireplace for conversation or movie nights on a 70" smart TV with full surround sound. The spacious kitchen is built for both chefs and entertainers, featuring a double refrigerator, dual ovens, and an oversized island that seats six. A wet bar with wine and mini fridges invites guests to mix and unwind, while the adjacent office offers a quiet retreat for remote work when needed.

The primary suite on the main floor features a king bed, direct patio access, and a spa-inspired ensuite with a large walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Step outside to a beautifully landscaped patio made for long, unhurried evenings — soak in the hot tub for eight, challenge friends to bocce ball, gather around the fire pit under a canopy of stars, or linger over dinner at the al fresco dining table strung with bistro lights. A tranquil water feature completes the setting, with forest and wildlife just beyond.

Upstairs, the loft lounge doubles as a second living area, complete with a king bed, two twin-over-twin bunks, a large sofa, bean bags, and a smart TV — perfect for kids and adults alike. Two additional king bedrooms share this floor, making it easy for multiple families or groups to spread out comfortably. A separate whimsical bunk room with twin-over-twin beds adds a playful treehouse feel that kids absolutely love.

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street parking is permitted.

FEES DISCLOSURE & PRE-ARRIVAL ID VERIFICATION
• Guests will be asked to complete a pre-arrival form and ID verification upon booking confirmation.
• Guests will also choose between a refundable security deposit or a small non-refundable damage waiver for stay protection.
• All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, Airbnb-compliant software “Enso Connect”.
• Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the home. No exceptions.

SUNCADIA AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:

• Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve and Dawson Park such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Battista Park and more.
• Basketball, tennis and pickleball courts
• Ice Skating, snow tubing, Nordic Skiing weather permitting
• Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn

RESTRICTIONS INCLUDE:

• Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
• Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS PROVIDED

• We provide a starter supply of household essentials to get you comfortably settled in. This includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods or sheets, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
• You’ll also find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, creamer, hot chocolate, and K-cups. These are provided in amounts intended to last about two to three days, depending on usage; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.
• For linens, we provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each guest, along with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and/or blankets for each bed. For longer stays or heavier use, guests can refresh everything using the in-home washer and dryer. Please avoid overfilling the washing machine so the spin cycle works properly, and the drum is not damaged.

GOOD NEIGHBOR PROTECTION PROGRAM
This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor Protection Program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information.
