Pinecone Meadows is designed around the seamless harmony between natural, grounded warmth and open, functional design. Set on a large corner lot, the home enjoys an added sense of privacy that makes the setting feel even more peaceful and tucked away. At 2,614 square feet, the home offers a thoughtful single-level layout that makes gathering feel easy and relaxed without ever
feeling crowded. From the moment you pull up and step through the front door, there’s an instant sense of uncontainable calm and grounded stillness — the noise of daily life completely drops away. It feels like taking a deep, restorative breath of fresh mountain air.

Inside, warm wood finishes, live-edge details, and rich organic textures create a welcoming sense of place. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the surrounding pines into view, blurring the line between indoors and out and making nature feel like a natural extension of the living space. The result is a home that feels both elevated and deeply grounded, with plenty of room to gather, relax, and reconnect.

The main living area brings together the kitchen, dining, and great room in one open, inviting space. It’s perfect for lingering over coffee, cooking big meals together, playing games, or settling in by the fireplace after a day of outdoor adventures. The layout is intentionally functional, yet it still feels warm, intimate, and restorative.

Sleeping arrangements are well suited for families and groups of all kinds. The home features four well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms, all on the main floor. The primary suite offers a king bed and ensuite bath, while the secondary suite also includes a king bed and ensuite bath. Bedroom three features two sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds. The third bath offers a large shower perfect for kids (or adults!). Through the breezeway, the attached Private suite adds even more flexibility with a full-size queen bed, sleeper sofa, and ensuite bath. It’s ideal for those who need a dedicated work space with desk, grandparents, or a family just wanting a little extra privacy.

For indoor entertainment, the pool table offers a fun place to gather and unwind. The bi-fold glass doors open the great room to the large patio, creating an indoor-outdoor living experience with a dining table and chairs, BBQ, hot tub, and cozy firepit, plus a strong connection to the forest and wildlife that is so abundant in Suncadia. Whether you’re soaking under the stars, sharing drinks by the fire, or enjoying a quiet morning with coffee in hand, the outdoor spaces invite you to relax and recharge.

Absolutely! Suncadia is a quiet, secure resort community. It's family-friendly with minimal traffic and plenty of outdoor space for kids to safely explore. The abundant wildlife is very familiar to humans but always remember, they are wild. It is never a good idea to approach or feed them.

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. The home includes parking up to five cars in the driveway. Please note: no street parking is permitted or parking on vegetation.

FEES DISCLOSURE & PRE-ARRIVAL ID VERIFICATION
• Guests will be asked to complete a pre-arrival form and ID verification upon booking confirmation.
• Guests will also choose between a refundable security deposit or a small non-refundable damage waiver for stay protection.
• All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, Airbnb-compliant software “Enso Connect”.
• Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the home. No exceptions.

SUNCADIA AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:

• Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve and Dawson Park such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Battista Park and more.

RESTRICTIONS INCLUDE:

• Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
• Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS PROVIDED

• We provide a starter supply of household essentials to get you comfortably settled in. This includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods or sheets, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
• You’ll also find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, creamer, hot chocolate, and K-cups. These are provided in amounts intended to last about two to three days, depending on usage; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.
• For linens, we provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each guest, along with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and/or blankets for each bed. For longer stays or heavier use, guests can refresh everything using the in-home washer and dryer. Please avoid overfilling the washing machine so the spin cycle works properly, and the drum is not damaged.

GOOD NEIGHBOR PROTECTION PROGRAM
This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor Protection Program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information.
