Welcome to a Grand Cedar Lodge, a 5,235-square-foot mountain retreat built for grandeur, gathering, and getting away from it all. With six ensuite bedrooms, soaring 20-foot vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a private backyard that melts into the forest, this home delivers an experience as memorable as the destination itself. Whether hosting a milestone celebration, multi-family reunion, or treating your crew to the finest this resort offers, this home checks every box.

From the moment you step inside, this mountain retreat captivates with its sense of refined grandeur. Twenty-foot vaulted ceilings soar overhead, framed by rich, exposed wood beams that lend a sense of architectural artistry to every corner. It's a home designed with intention — spacious enough to bring family and friends together in comfort, yet layered with quiet, elegant spaces to retreat to when you crave a moment of your own.

At the heart of the house, the chef's gourmet kitchen is outfitted with high-end, high-tech appliances and a massive island, perfect for cooking alongside friends and family or setting out a spread for the group. The dining table seats 10, making it easy to host a full sit-down meal, while the adjoining great room — anchored by a striking fireplace and 80-inch smart TV — invites everyone to gather and unwind after a day of mountain adventures.

For entertainment, the dedicated media room is a true showstopper, featuring a 140-inch projector screen paired with individual recliner seating for the ultimate home theater experience — ideal for movie marathons or big-game watch parties.

Sleeping arrangements are just as thoughtfully designed. All six bedrooms include their own private ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. Several bedrooms feature king beds, perfect for couples, while a dedicated bunk room with built-in bunk beds adds space and character for kids or larger groups.

Step outside to the large patio, complete with a built-in outdoor kitchen and firepit — an ideal spot for grilling, gathering, and stargazing long after the sun goes down. The backyard is private and backs directly to forested land, so it's not uncommon to spot deer, elk, or wild turkeys wandering through, or to catch a hawk or eagle soaring overhead. It's a front-row seat to the wildlife that makes Suncadia feel so wonderfully wild, right from the comfort of your own backyard.

A three-car garage rounds out the home, offering plenty of room for vehicles, gear, skis, and bikes.

This is mountain living at its most elevated — spacious, luxurious, and deeply connected to the nature that surrounds it.
